The workflow
Bring images in from Safari, Chrome, Finder, or the RefRo Dock icon. Keep source pages, image addresses, creators, locations, categories, colors, rights, and creative notes together—then search and reuse the archive without reconstructing it later.
Turn selected references into a multi-page presentation. Start with an automatic grid or work freely in collage mode, then crop, resize, rotate, caption, align, and space the material with native Mac controls.
Present full screen directly from RefRo, export polished pages for collaborators, or create a focused reference card that carries the source and design thinking into the rest of the project.
Apple Intelligence + on-device Vision
RefRo uses Apple Vision to suggest searchable image labels. On supported Macs, Apple Intelligence can refine those signals into concise reference names. Analysis happens on the device after import, so collecting stays fast and your images are not uploaded to RefRo’s developer for naming.

When Apple Intelligence is available, RefRo can combine visual labels with project context to suggest a concise, editable reference name.
Suggestions remain part of your research workflow—not an automatic replacement for authorship, attribution, rights, or the creative notes only you can provide.
Apple Intelligence is used only when Apple’s on-device system model reports that it is available. Vision-based organization and the rest of RefRo remain usable without it.

Made for the Mac
RefRo has no advertising, behavioral tracking, or developer-operated analytics. Your library is stored on your Mac and can synchronize through your personal iCloud account when iCloud is enabled. RefRo does not operate a separate server that receives your research library.
